Tariff

Current prices for the various options are set out as stated on Options & Price Guide page.

High Season is May - September, plus Christmas and New Year period. Low Season is October - April, except Christmas and New Year period.

Lettings are for a minimum of one week.

All costs are included except telephone, which is metered at 20p per unit. A returnable deposit of £250 is payable on arrival to cover extra charges including breakages, if any.

The prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. Payment may be by cheque, cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Reservations

Reservations should be made or confirmed in writing by letter, fax or email. A deposit of 40% is required at the time of reservation. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival. Persons making bookings must be over 21.

Other Information

Change day is Saturday. Reservations run from 4pm on the day of arrival. Access is required for maintenance purposes at the end of each week of stay. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

The number of guests is restricted to the number of beds appropriate to the apartment and is to be used only by pre-notified guests unless otherwise agreed.

Guests may invite friends to share use of the outdoor facilities. However, numbers should be limited to a total of four persons at any one time except by special arrangement.

Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and to use the facilities and equipment with care. Guests will be liable for any loss or damage to the apartment, regardless of whether this is the result of negligence or acts committed by themselves or by other guests. We reserve the right to seek compensation for any damage discovered at a later stage. Arrangements for mid-stay cleaning can sometimes be made for an additional charge.

Parking

There is parking facility for 2 cars.

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or any other building.

Children

We do not normally accommodate children under the age of 10. Exceptions to this can sometimes be made with special conditions applying. Click here for details.

Pets

It is regretted that no pets are allowed.

Pool & Spa

Guests are advised that the pool and spa are used at their own risk.

Guests may invite friends to share use of the outdoor facilities from time to time. However, numbers should be limited to four additional persons at any one time except by special arrangement.

No supervision is provided. Young people using the pool or spa must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 10 are not permitted to use the spa. Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum if using the pool after 8pm or before 8am.

Disclaimer

No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage of guests' property in the apartment, grounds or parking area (including vehicles).

Cancellation

Should you have to cancel your holiday for any reason, please let us know immediately in writing.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

The deposit will be regarded as a non-returnable booking fee. No refund of the full rental charge can be made in the event of a cancellation within 6 weeks of the arrival date. Should we be in a position to re-book the apartment the rental charge will be refunded, less the deposit.
